1.             \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Accounts <\/span><\/b><\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n

1.1           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Account Creation.  <\/span><\/b>In order to use certain features of the Site, you must register for\r\nan account (\u201cAccount<\/b>\u201d) and provide certain information about yourself as\r\nprompted by the account registration form.  You represent and warrant that: (a)\r\nall required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b)\r\nyou will maintain the accuracy of such information. You\r\nmay delete your Account at any time, for any reason, by following the\r\ninstructions on the Site.  Company may suspend or terminate your Account in\r\naccordance with Section <\/a>8. <\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

1.2           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Account\r\nResponsibilities.<\/span><\/b>  You are responsible for\r\nmaintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and are fully\r\nresponsible for all activities that occur under your Account.  You agree to\r\nimmediately notify Company of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized\r\nuse of your Account or any other breach of security.  Company cannot and will\r\nnot be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with\r\nthe above requirements.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

2.             \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Access to the Site <\/span><\/b><\/p>\r\n\r\n

2.1           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>License. <\/span><\/b> Subject to these Terms, Company grants you a non-transferable,\r\nnon-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use and access the Site solely for\r\nyour own personal, noncommercial use.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n

<\/a>2.2           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Certain\r\nRestrictions.  <\/span><\/b>The rights granted to you in these\r\nTerms are subject to the following restrictions: (a) you shall not license,\r\nsell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise\r\ncommercially exploit the Site, whether in whole or in part, or any content displayed\r\non the Site; (b) you shall not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble,\r\nreverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Site; (c) you shall not\r\naccess the Site in order to build a similar or competitive website, product, or\r\nservice; and (d) except as expressly stated herein, no part of the Site may be\r\ncopied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or\r\ntransmitted in any form or by any means.  Unless otherwise indicated, any\r\nfuture release, update, or other addition to functionality of the Site shall be\r\nsubject to these Terms.  All copyright and other proprietary notices on the\r\nSite (or on any content displayed on the Site) must be retained on all copies\r\nthereof.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n

2.4           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>No Support or\r\nMaintenance.<\/span><\/b><\/a>  You acknowledge and agree that\r\nCompany will have no obligation to provide you with any support or maintenance\r\nin connection with the Site.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

2.5           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Ownership.<\/span><\/b><\/a>  <\/span>Excluding\r\nany User Content that you may provide (defined below), you acknowledge that all\r\nthe intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trade marks,\r\nand trade secrets, in the Site and its content are owned by Company or\r\nCompany\u2019s suppliers.  Neither these Terms (nor your access to the Site)\r\ntransfers to you or any third party any rights, title or interest in or to such\r\nintellectual property rights, except for the limited access rights expressly\r\nset forth in Section <\/span>2.1<\/span>. Company and its suppliers reserve all\r\nrights not granted in these Terms.<\/span>  There are no\r\nimplied licenses granted under these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

2.6           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Feedback.<\/span><\/b>  If you provide Company with any feedback or suggestions regarding\r\nthe Site (\u201cFeedback<\/b>\u201d), you hereby assign to Company all rights in such\r\nFeedback and agree that Company shall have the right to use and fully exploit\r\nsuch Feedback and related information in any manner it deems appropriate. \r\nCompany will treat any Feedback you provide to Company as non-confidential and\r\nnon-proprietary.  You agree that you will not submit to Company any information\r\nor ideas that you consider to be confidential or proprietary.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n

<\/a><\/a>3.             \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>User Content<\/span><\/b><\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n

<\/a>3.1           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>User Content.<\/span><\/b>  \u201cUser Content<\/b>\u201d means any and all information and content\r\nthat a user submits to, or uses with, the Site (e.g., content in the user\u2019s\r\nprofile or postings).  You are solely responsible for your User Content.  You\r\nassume all risks associated with use of your User Content, including any\r\nreliance on its accuracy, completeness or usefulness by others, or any\r\ndisclosure of your User Content that personally identifies you or any third\r\nparty.  You hereby represent and warrant that your User Content does not\r\nviolate our Acceptable Use Policy (defined in Section <\/span><\/a>3.3<\/span>).  You may not represent or imply to\r\nothers that your User Content is in any way provided, sponsored or endorsed by\r\nCompany.  Since you alone are responsible for your User Content, you may expose\r\nyourself to liability if, for example, your User Content violates the\r\nAcceptable Use Policy.  Company is not obligated to backup any User Content,\r\nand your User Content may be deleted at any time without prior notice.  You are\r\nsolely responsible for creating and maintaining your own backup copies of your\r\nUser Content if you desire.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

3.2           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>License.<\/span><\/b>  You hereby grant (and you represent and warrant that you have the\r\nright to grant) to Company an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free and fully\r\npaid, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display and perform,\r\nprepare derivative works of, incorporate into other works, and otherwise use\r\nand exploit your User Content, and to grant sublicenses of the foregoing\r\nrights, solely for the purposes of including your User Content in the Site. \r\nYou hereby irrevocably waive (and agree to cause to be waived) any claims and\r\nassertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to your User Content.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

<\/a>3.3           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Acceptable Use Policy.<\/span><\/b><\/a>  <\/span><\/b>The following terms constitute our \u201cAcceptable Use Policy<\/b>\u201d:<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

(a)           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>You agree not to use\r\nthe Site to collect, upload, transmit, display, or distribute any User Content\r\n(i) that violates any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark,\r\npatent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any\r\nother intellectual property or proprietary right, (ii) that is unlawful,\r\nharassing, abusive, tortious, threatening, harmful, invasive of another\u2019s\r\nprivacy, vulgar, defamatory, false, intentionally misleading, trade libelous,\r\npornographic, obscene, patently offensive, promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or\r\nphysical harm of any kind against any group or individual or is otherwise\r\nobjectionable, (iii) that is harmful to minors in any way, or (iv) that is in\r\nviolation of any law, regulation, or obligations or restrictions imposed by any\r\nthird party.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

(b)           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>In addition, you agree\r\nnot to: (i) upload, transmit, or distribute to or through the Site any computer\r\nviruses, worms, or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system\r\nor data; (ii) send through the Site unsolicited or unauthorized advertising,\r\npromotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any\r\nother form of duplicative or unsolicited messages, whether commercial or\r\notherwise; (iii)  use the Site to harvest, collect, gather or assemble\r\ninformation or data regarding other users, including e-mail addresses, without\r\ntheir consent; (iv) interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on servers\r\nor networks connected to the Site, or violate the regulations, policies or\r\nprocedures of such networks; (v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the\r\nSite (or to other computer systems or networks connected to or used together\r\nwith the Site), whether through password mining or any other means; (vi) harass\r\nor interfere with any other user\u2019s use and enjoyment of the Site; or (vi) use\r\nsoftware or automated agents or scripts to produce multiple accounts on the\r\nSite, or to generate automated searches, requests, or queries to (or to strip,\r\nscrape, or mine data from) the Site (provided, however, that we conditionally\r\ngrant to the operators of public search engines revocable permission to use\r\nspiders to copy materials from the Site for the sole purpose of and solely to\r\nthe extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the\r\nmaterials, but not caches or archives of such materials, subject to the\r\nparameters set forth in our robots.txt file).<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

3.4           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Enforcement.  <\/span><\/b><\/a>We reserve the right (but have no\r\nobligation) to review, refuse and\/or remove any User Content in our sole\r\ndiscretion, and to investigate and\/or take appropriate action against you in\r\nour sole discretion if you violate the Acceptable Use Policy or any other\r\nprovision of these Terms or otherwise create liability for us or any other\r\nperson. Such action may include removing or modifying your User Content,\r\nterminating your Account in accordance with Section <\/span><\/a>8<\/span>, and\/or reporting you to law enforcement\r\nauthorities.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

4.             \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Indemnification.   <\/span><\/b>You agree to\r\nindemnify and hold Company (and its officers, employees, and agents) harmless,\r\nincluding costs and attorneys\u2019 fees, from any claim or demand made by any third\r\nparty due to or arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of\r\nthese Terms, (c) your violation of applicable laws or regulations or (d) your\r\nUser Content.  Company reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the\r\nexclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to\r\nindemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims.  You\r\nagree not to settle any matter without the prior written consent of Company. \r\nCompany will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action or\r\nproceeding upon becoming aware of it.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n

5.             \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Third-Party Links &\r\nAds; Other Users<\/span><\/b><\/p>\r\n\r\n

5.1           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Third-Party Links\r\n& Ads.  <\/span><\/b>The Site may contain links to\r\nthird-party websites and services, and\/or display advertisements for third\r\nparties (collectively, \u201cThird-Party Links & Ads<\/b>\u201d).  Such Third-Party\r\nLinks & Ads are not under the control of Company, and Company is not\r\nresponsible for any Third-Party Links & Ads.  Company provides access to\r\nthese Third-Party Links & Ads only as a convenience to you, and does not\r\nreview, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representations with\r\nrespect to Third-Party Links & Ads.  You use all Third-Party Links &\r\nAds at your own risk, and should apply a suitable level of caution and\r\ndiscretion in doing so. When you click on any of the Third-Party Links &\r\nAds, the applicable third party\u2019s terms and policies apply, including the third\r\nparty\u2019s privacy and data gathering practices.  You should make whatever\r\ninvestigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any\r\ntransaction in connection with such Third-Party Links & Ads.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

5.2           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Other Users.  <\/span><\/b>Each Site user is solely responsible for any and all of its own User\r\nContent.  Since we do not control User Content, you acknowledge and agree that\r\nwe are not responsible for any User Content, whether provided by you or by\r\nothers.  We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, currency, suitability,\r\nappropriateness, or quality of any User Content.  Your interactions with other\r\nSite users are solely between you and such users.  You agree that Company will\r\nnot be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any such\r\ninteractions.  If there is a dispute between you and any Site user, we are\r\nunder no obligation to become involved.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

5.3           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Release. <\/span><\/b> You hereby release and forever discharge the Company (and our\r\nofficers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns) from, and hereby waive\r\nand relinquish, each and every past, present and future dispute, claim,\r\ncontroversy, demand, right, obligation, liability, action and cause of action\r\nof every kind and nature (including personal injuries, death, and property\r\ndamage), that has arisen or arises directly or indirectly out of, or that\r\nrelates directly or indirectly to, the Site (including any interactions with, or\r\nact or omission of, other Site users or any Third-Party Links & Ads).  IF\r\nYOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU HEREBY WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION\r\n1542 IN CONNECTION WITH THE FOREGOING, WHICH STATES: \u201cA GENERAL RELEASE DOES\r\nNOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR\r\nSUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE,\r\nWHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER\r\nSETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

6.             \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Disclaimers<\/span><\/b><\/a> <\/span><\/b><\/p>\r\n\r\n

4.    \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>sufficient information to\r\npermit us to locate such material;<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

5.    \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>your address, telephone\r\nnumber, and e-mail address;<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

6.    \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>a statement that you have a\r\ngood faith belief that use of the objectionable material is not authorized by\r\nthe copyright owner, its agent, or under the law; and<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

7.    \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>a statement that the\r\ninformation in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that\r\nyou are either the owner of the copyright that has allegedly been infringed or\r\nthat you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

Please note that, pursuant to 17 U.S.C. \u00a7 512(f), any\r\nmisrepresentation of material fact (falsities) in a written notification\r\nautomatically subjects the complaining party to liability for any damages,\r\ncosts and attorney\u2019s fees incurred by us in connection with the written\r\nnotification and allegation of copyright infringement.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

10.           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>General<\/span><\/b><\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n

10.1        \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Changes.<\/span><\/b><\/a>  These Terms are subject to occasional revision, and if we make any\r\nsubstantial changes, we may notify you by sending you an e-mail to the last\r\ne-mail address you provided to us (if any), and\/or by prominently posting\r\nnotice of the changes on our Site.  You are responsible for providing us with\r\nyour most current e-mail address.  In the event that the last e-mail address\r\nthat you have provided us is not valid, or for any reason is not capable of\r\ndelivering to you the notice described above, our dispatch of the e-mail\r\ncontaining such notice will nonetheless constitute effective notice of the\r\nchanges described in the notice.  Continued use of our Site following notice of\r\nsuch changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement\r\nto be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

10.2        \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Dispute Resolution. <\/span><\/b><\/a>Please read this Section 10.2 (sometimes referred to herein as this \u201cArbitration\r\nAgreement\u201d) carefully.  It is part of your contract with Company and affects\r\nyour rights.  It contains procedures for MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND A\r\nCLASS ACTION WAIVER.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\r\n\r\n

(a)           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Applicability of\r\nArbitration Agreement<\/span><\/b>.<\/span><\/i>  All claims and disputes (excluding claims for injunctive or other\r\nequitable relief as set forth below) in connection with these Terms or the use\r\nof any product or service provided by the Company that cannot be resolved\r\ninformally or in small claims court shall be resolved by binding arbitration on\r\nan individual basis under the terms of this Arbitration Agreement.  Unless\r\notherwise agreed to, all arbitration proceedings shall be held in English. \r\nThis Arbitration Agreement applies to you and the Company, and to any\r\nsubsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, predecessors in interest,\r\nsuccessors, and assigns, as well as all authorized or unauthorized users or\r\nbeneficiaries of services or goods provided under these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

(b)           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Notice Requirement\r\nand Informal Dispute Resolution<\/span><\/b>.  Before either\r\nparty may seek arbitration, the party must first send to the other party a\r\nwritten Notice of Dispute (\u201cNotice<\/b>\u201d) describing the nature and basis of\r\nthe claim or dispute, and the requested relief.  A Notice to the Company should\r\nbe sent to: 651 Board St, Middletown, Delaware 19709.  After the Notice is\r\nreceived, you and the Company may attempt to resolve the claim or dispute informally. \r\nIf you and the Company do not resolve the claim or dispute within thirty (30)\r\ndays after the Notice is received, either party may begin an arbitration\r\nproceeding.  The amount of any settlement offer made by any party may not be\r\ndisclosed to the arbitrator until after the arbitrator has determined the\r\namount of the award, if any, to which either party is entitled.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

(c)            \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Arbitration Rules<\/span><\/b>.  <\/span>The Federal Arbitration Act governs the\r\ninterpretation and enforcement of this Arbitration Agreement.  The arbitration\r\nwill be conducted by JAMS, an established alternative dispute resolution\r\nprovider.  Disputes involving claims, counterclaims, or request for\r\nrelief under $250,000, not inclusive of attorneys\u2019 fees and interest, shall be\r\nsubject to JAMS\u2019s most current version of the Streamlined Arbitration Rules and\r\nprocedures available at https:\/\/www.jamsadr.com\/rules-streamlined-arbitration\/;\r\nall other disputes shall be subject to JAMS\u2019s most current version of the\r\nComprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures, available at\r\nhttps:\/\/www.jamsadr.com\/rules-comprehensive-arbitration\/.  JAMS\u2019s rules are also\r\navailable at www.jamsadr.com or by calling JAMS at 800-352-5267.  If JAMS is\r\nnot available to arbitrate, the parties will select an alternative arbitral\r\nforum.  <\/span>Each party shall bear its own costs (including\r\nattorney\u2019s fees) and disbursements arising out of the arbitration and shall pay\r\nan equal share of the fees and costs of the ADR Provider.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by\r\ntelephone, based on written submissions, or in person in the country where you\r\nlive or at another mutually agreed location.  Any judgment on the award\r\nrendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent\r\njurisdiction.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

(d)           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Authority of\r\nArbitrator<\/span><\/b>.  The arbitrator shall have exclusive\r\nauthority to (i) determine the scope and enforceability of this Arbitration\r\nAgreement and (ii) resolve any dispute related to the interpretation,\r\napplicability, enforceability or formation of this Arbitration Agreement\r\nincluding, but not limited to, any assertion that all or any part of this\r\nArbitration Agreement is void or voidable.  The arbitration will decide the\r\nrights and liabilities, if any, of you and Company.  The arbitration proceeding\r\nwill not be consolidated with any other matters or joined with any other cases\r\nor parties.  The arbitrator shall have the authority to grant motions\r\ndispositive of all or part of any claim. The arbitrator shall have the\r\nauthority to award monetary damages and to grant any non-monetary remedy or\r\nrelief available to an individual under applicable law, the arbitral forum\u2019s\r\nrules, and these Terms (including the Arbitration Agreement). The arbitrator\r\nshall issue a written award and statement of decision describing the essential\r\nfindings and conclusions on which the award is based, including the calculation\r\nof any damages awarded.  The arbitrator has the same authority to award\r\nrelief on an individual basis that a judge in a court of law would have. \r\nThe award of the arbitrator is final and binding upon you and us.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

(e)            \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Waiver of Jury Trial<\/span><\/b>.  YOU AND COMPANY HEREBY WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY\r\nRIGHTS TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A TRIAL IN FRONT OF A JUDGE OR A JURY.  You and\r\nCompany are instead electing that all disputes, claims, or requests for relief\r\nshall be resolved by arbitration under this Arbitration Agreement, except as\r\nspecified in Section 10.2(a) (Applicability of Arbitration Agreement)\r\nabove.  An arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages\r\nand relief as a court and must follow these Terms as a court would.  However,\r\nthere is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration\r\naward is subject to very limited review.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

(f)            \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Waiver of Class or\r\nOther Non-Individualized Relief<\/span><\/b>.  <\/span><\/i>ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND REQUESTS FOR RELIEF WITHIN THE SCOPE OF\r\nTHIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT MUST BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT ON\r\nA CLASS OR COLLECTIVE BASIS, ONLY INDIVIDUAL RELIEF IS AVAILABLE, AND CLAIMS OF\r\nMORE THAN ONE CUSTOMER OR USER CANNOT BE ARBITRATED OR CONSOLIDATED WITH THOSE\r\nOF ANY OTHER CUSTOMER OR USER.  If a decision is issued stating that applicable\r\nlaw precludes enforcement of any of this section\u2019s limitations as to a given dispute,\r\nclaim, or request for relief, then such aspect must be severed from the\r\narbitration and brought into the State or Federal Courts located in the State\r\nof Delaware.  All other disputes, claims, or requests for relief shall be\r\narbitrated.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

(g)           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>30-Day Right to Opt\r\nOut<\/span><\/b>.  <\/span><\/i>You have the\r\nright to opt out of the provisions of this Arbitration Agreement by sending\r\nwritten notice of your decision to opt out to: info@myslots.app, within thirty\r\n(30) days after first becoming subject to this Arbitration Agreement.  Your\r\nnotice must include your name and address, your Company username (if any), the\r\nemail address you used to set up your Company account (if you have one), and an\r\nunequivocal statement that you want to opt out of this Arbitration Agreement. \r\nIf you opt out of this Arbitration Agreement, all other parts of these Terms\r\nwill continue to apply to you.  Opting out of this Arbitration Agreement has no\r\neffect on any other arbitration agreements that you may currently have, or may\r\nenter in the future, with us.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

(h)           \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Severability<\/span><\/b>.  <\/span><\/i>Except as provided in Section 10.2(f)\r\n(Waiver of Class or Other Non-Individualized Relief), i<\/span>f\r\nany part or parts of this Arbitration Agreement are found under the law to be\r\ninvalid or unenforceable, then such specific part or parts shall be of no force\r\nand effect and shall be severed and the remainder of the Arbitration Agreement\r\nshall continue in full force and effect.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

(i)            \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Survival of\r\nAgreement<\/span><\/b>.  <\/span><\/i>This\r\nArbitration Agreement will survive the termination of your relationship with\r\nCompany.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

(j)            \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Modification<\/span><\/b>.  <\/span><\/i>Notwithstanding any provision in <\/span>these Terms <\/span>to the contrary, we agree that\r\nif Company makes any future material change to this Arbitration Agreement, you may reject that change within thirty (30) days of such\r\nchange becoming effective by writing Company at the following address: <\/span><\/span>info@myslots.app<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

10.3        \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Export. <\/span><\/b>The Site may be subject to U.S. export control laws and may be\r\nsubject to export or import regulations in other countries. You agree not to\r\nexport, reexport, or transfer, directly or indirectly, any U.S. technical data\r\nacquired from Company, or any products utilizing such data, in violation of the\r\nUnited States export laws or regulations. <\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

10.4        \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Disclosures.<\/span><\/b>  Company is located at the address in Section 10.8. If you are a\r\nCalifornia resident, you may report complaints to the Complaint Assistance Unit\r\nof the Division of Consumer Product of the California Department of Consumer\r\nAffairs by contacting them in writing at 400 R Street, Sacramento, CA 95814, or\r\nby telephone at (800) 952-5210.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

10.5        \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Electronic\r\nCommunications.<\/span><\/b>  The communications between you and\r\nCompany use electronic means, whether you use the Site or send us emails, or\r\nwhether Company posts notices on the Site or communicates with you via email.\r\nFor contractual purposes, you (a) consent to receive communications from Company\r\nin an electronic form; and (b) agree that all terms and conditions, agreements,\r\nnotices, disclosures, and other communications that Company provides to you\r\nelectronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would\r\nsatisfy if it were be in a hardcopy writing. The foregoing does not affect your\r\nnon-waivable rights.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

10.6        \r\n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Entire Terms.<\/span><\/b> These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us\r\nregarding the use of the Site. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or\r\nprovision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or\r\nprovision. The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have\r\nno legal or contractual effect. The word \u201cincluding\u201d means \u201cincluding without\r\nlimitation\u201d.  If any provision of these Terms is, for any reason, held to be invalid\r\nor unenforceable, the other provisions of these Terms will be unimpaired and\r\nthe invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified so that it is\r\nvalid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.  Your\r\nrelationship to Company is that of an independent contractor, and neither party\r\nis an agent or partner of the other.  These Terms, and your rights and\r\nobligations herein, may not be assigned, subcontracted, delegated, or otherwise\r\ntransferred by you without Company\u2019s prior written consent, and any attempted\r\nassignment, subcontract, delegation, or transfer in violation of the foregoing\r\nwill be null and void.  Company may freely assign these Terms.  The terms and\r\nconditions set forth in these Terms shall be binding upon assignees. <\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

All rights reserved. \r\nAll <\/span>trademarks, logos\r\nand service marks (\u201cMarks<\/b>\u201d) displayed on the Site are our property or\r\nthe property of other third parties.
